Accountabilities:
1. Data Management, Extraction and Analysis for CRM initiatives .
2. Define, develop and deliver a set of defined reports of gap and trend analysis as per the laid timelines.
3. Refine the sales forecasting process and provide data, reports of products by divisions and based on historical trends .
4. Sales Analysis - Provide power point summary slides of :
a. Monthly Performance status of various defined KPI's
b. Highlight major anomalies, highs and lows .
5. Analysis of various campaigns conducted.
6. Identify and Recommend Ways to improve Performance of :
a. Campaigns/ activities
b. CRM strategy .
7. Knowledge and background of working on statistical softwares such as SPSS, customer analysis systems etc.
8. Ability to translate call centre / marketing and sales requirements of CRM into data extraction and analysis .
9. Conduct Profitability Analysis
10. Assist in the segmentation and profiling activity .
11. Identify and Extract data of potential customers .
12. Assist in developing plans for customer segments for increasing frequency of purchase, higher transactions .
Skills
Bachelor's degree with 3 - 5 years of experience.
