Summary:

Focus of the role is Strategy and Market Development whereby you will lead the development of the five year strategic plan for Sciences and advise business areas.
This is a performance management role ensuring the key business areas execute planned targets and deliver the results needed and set down by the CEO.
It is essential for this role you have excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with the CEO, the Area Managing Directors, Brand Managers, Sales team, Operational team, Engineering team, Head of Finance, Healthcare and legal team. Externally you will have to communicate with Business Partners, Research Providers, Government Departments and other Strategy Consultants.
The role encompasses leading and developing the Sciences Area's 5 year strategic plan in order to ensure achievement of targets assigned by performing tasks are achieved.
You will achieve this by:
• Leverage influence skills to ensure goals cascade is aligned with the priorities and makes the organization in keeping with internal best practice
• Clarify ambiguity during cascade and performance evaluation by securing early buy-in for specific grading approaches
• Evaluate the key area's performance based on progress against goals, providing suggested rating and present to CEO
• Review monthly KPI submission, analyse variances and advise key area's Managing Director's on next steps to address gaps

It is essential for this role you have an advanced degree, preferably MBA from a top-tier institution with specialization in the healthcare industry.
