Summary:

- Experienced Real Estate broker Residential Sales and Leasing
- Professionally service the company's existing client database
- Obtain sale and lease listings directly from the sellers and landlords.
- Build and manage personal client database
- Conduct inspection of properties, and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Negotiate sale and lease transactions
- Coordinate the advertising and marketing of properties
- Prepare sale and lease documentation
- Ensure a smooth handover of properties between all parties involved
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating to team members and management
Skills
- Must be a currently RERA registered broker
- 1+ years Dubai real estate experience
- Drivers license and car essential
- Fluent English, additional language/s preferable
- Honest and professional Reliable and determined
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Confident negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with confidence (verbally and in writing).
- Computer literate - Microsoft office, internet, CRM software experience preferable
